Terms & Conditions

RepairPros provides a Limited Lifetime mobile device hardware and labor warranty on the services and parts provided unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover future accidents nor does it cover water-damaged devices. We are not responsible for any prior residual damage or any data loss. The warranty covers non-user-related issues. The customer assures that all data on his/her device is backed up, and if not, must notify a RepairPros representative.


Any liquid damaged device checked in for repair must be for data recovery ONLY. We are not responsible for further issues regarding liquid damaged devices. All liquid damaged devices are subject to a $25 diagnostic fee to inspect the device and remove any liquid upon check-in.


We do not support returns or refunds on any repairs. A refund might be issued if the repair could not be completed using our services.

Our computer repair services carry a warranty depending on the service you purchased. If you purchased a service granting you extended protection, RepairPros will cover both user and non-user-related issues for the period of time noted within the service agreement you purchased.


Abandonment of Property:

The customer has 30 days after the actual repair is completed to collect the device. If the device cannot be collected within 30 days, the customer must notify the staff when the device will be collected. If the customer fails to notify the staff or pick the device up, RepairPros. will recycle it. 


RepairPros offers a 30-day warranty on all accessories purchased in-store. We do not accept any type of return on accessories unless deemed defective by a RepairPros representative. All product warranties must be filed through manufacture per warranty on the packaging if it applies.


Any device purchased from RepairPros includes a 30-day hardware warranty, which covers all non-user-related issues or defects. In this case, we will repair the issue for the customer, exchange the device for one of equal value, or refund the full amount if the repair cannot be completed. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or buyers remorse.


If a customer chooses to return a device purchased from RepairPros that is not defective, the device must be returned within 30 days of purchase date and is subject to a 20% restocking fee upon buyback.
