RepairPros provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on mobile device hardware repairs and labor only for non-user-related issues, unless stated otherwise at the time of service. This warranty:
Excludes coverage for accidental damage (e.g., drops, cracks, impact), liquid damage, and damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized tampering.
Does not cover any pre-existing issues or residual damage unrelated to the parts and labor provided by RepairPros.
Does not guarantee data recovery or data preservation. The Client is solely responsible for backing up their data prior to repair. If data has not been backed up, the Client must notify a RepairPros representative before service begins.
Pursuant to Louisiana Civil Code Article 2520 et seq., latent defects will be evaluated in accordance with warranty limitations expressed herein.
RepairPros only accepts liquid-damaged devices for data recovery services. Such services do not carry a repair warranty. These devices:
Are subject to a non-refundable $25 diagnostic fee.
Will be cleaned and inspected, but RepairPros assumes no liability for future complications or total device failure as a result of liquid exposure.
May require further service at the Client’s risk.
Computer services may include limited warranties based on the specific plan purchased. If a Client purchases an extended warranty that explicitly includes both user- and non-user-related issues, RepairPros will honor the terms within that specific agreement. Extended warranties are governed by the original purchase agreement and are non-transferable.
All repair services are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where RepairPros is unable to complete a repair or remedy the issue using reasonable means.
Accessory sales are final, unless the item is determined by a RepairPros representative to be defective within 30 days of purchase. Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, must be pursued directly with the manufacturer per packaging instructions.
Devices purchased from RepairPros carry a 30-day limited hardware warranty for manufacturer defects and non-user-related malfunctions. If a defect is found, RepairPros may:
Repair the device;
Replace it with a unit of equal value; or
Refund the purchase if repair or replacement is not feasible.
This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid exposure, or buyer’s remorse.
Non-defective devices returned within 30 days of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Devices must be returned in original condition.
Per Louisiana Civil Code Article 2315 and applicable property laws:
Devices left at RepairPros more than 30 days after completion of repair will be considered abandoned unless prior written arrangements are made.
If unclaimed within this period, RepairPros reserves the right to recycle or dispose of the device without further notice and without liability.
It is the Client’s responsibility to maintain communication and retrieve their device in a timely manner.
Under Louisiana law, RepairPros is not liable for:
Loss of data;
Consequential damages;
Damage resulting from the Client’s failure to disclose prior issues;
Damages arising from tampering or third-party repair attempts following service by RepairPros.
By engaging with RepairPros, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all the above terms and conditions. I further acknowledge that:
I am the legal owner or authorized agent of the device presented for service;
I accept the risk associated with repair services, particularly in cases involving liquid or pre-existing damage;
I waive all claims against RepairPros arising from any breach outside the scope of the stated warranty.
